Our Goodyear welted footwear is a little larger than most other brands. We would therefore recommend you either purchase a pair of our cushioned socks with our footwear in your regular size, as they offer about 1/2 a size extra fitting, or you go 1/2 a size smaller than you typically wear.

Due to the nature of Greasy leather a layer of Dubbin may be required to achieve the pictured look.
Applying a suede protectant before wearing your footwear for the first time will help guard the surface. A suede brush can be used to remove dust and restore the nap after each use. Suede and Nubuck finishes should be kept away from large amounts of water due to its porous quality.

"Very well made, substantial, great leather. The fit is a bit weird though. Narrow in the tow and wide in the back. Slips off the heal despite choosing a half size down. It gets better with a thin insole to push the foot up against the “tongue” area. A tough fit if you have a long and narrow foot. Might be easier for a wide and “meaty” foot."

They fit large for me as I usually wear a size 10. 5, but the extra space in the toe box makes up for the little bit of heel slippage. Greasy leather needs to be fed with Dubbin wax, oil or grease for nourishment. Apply sparingly to avoid creating a dull appearance.
