"I actually sized up half a size due to adding insoles and thicker socks but it still ended up being a little too big. It was super easy to request an and exchange and the new size came quickly. For me, the shoes were true to my usual shoe size. Been wearing them for a week so far without chafing or blisters! I can see the top of the shoe requiring some breaking in."

"Fine grain tassel loafer arrived quickly, quality is great and the leather wonderful - surprisingly it's what Red Wing refer to as tea-core (black surface but dark brown natural underside) so should develop an attractive patina. Despite following the foot measuring instructions the sizing / fit was off and the shoes sloppy around the heel. I've used the simple returns system to exchange for half size down so fingers crossed these will work!"
