Due to the nature of Greasy leather a layer of Dubbin may be required to achieve the pictured look.

Applying a suede protectant before wearing your footwear for the first time will help guard the surface. A suede brush can be used to remove dust and restore the nap after each use. Suede and Nubuck finishes should be kept away from large amounts of water due to its porous quality.

Lovely boots with exceptional customer service

"Nice colour and look to the leather. Soft grippy sole. Very comfortable with an insole which put me in the size I normally wear. I could have probably sized down a ½ but preferred the feeling with the soft insole added. I took ages in the factory shop to find the boot style and size that gave me exactly what I was looking for. I had tried measuring my feet at home but decided I needed to visit to make sure. It's just under an hour away. Very with the visit for the fabulous help I got from staff. So very patient and helpful explaining the different lasts and toe box designs and sizing. Would recommend."

Amazing shoes

"I’ve taken these hiking, to festivals, to events of all kinds and they’re also my everyday spring, summer and autumn shoes. The more I wear them the more comfortable they get, I haven’t gotten a blister in these even if I’ve walked for kilometres they haven’t felt uncomfortable at any point. I highly recommend getting them. The only issue I have is that the shoelaces they came with tend to come undone for me cos they’re so long, but that’s an easy fix."

"I ordered 9. 5, because normally I wear european 44, just what is said in sizing guide, but I had to return this pair to order 9, which actually fits me. Besides that, boots seems great."

I've only owned one pair

"I've only owned one pair of Solovair shoes before, these were a pair of steel toecap shoes which I bought for work and which lasted a long time. It is important to me that my shoes and boots don't wear out within 12 months , and this is why I choose these Solovair boots over a similar pair made by the other well known shoe manufacturer. Obviously it's too early to tell how long these boots will last as their just under a month old, but I was pleased with the quality of the construction of the boots and thickness of the leather. The boots are very comfy , and I managed to break them in without having to wear plasters on my heels."
