Fantastic Customer Service

Excellent boots, prompt swap once requested. Overall great purchase experience.

Really happy with my boots - the quality feels great and they've been super comfortable from the first wear. I measured my feet as recommended on the website and they fit perfectly. Overall really pleased with the boots and would definitely recommend to others.

My first Solovair’s

I’ve had issues with another brand as l’m a half size. Other brands don’t accommodate half size’s but Solovair do and the 8.5 fit me perfectly. Also I have noticed with the other well known brand that their off shore built boots are sub standard in terms of build and material quality. I’m sort of qualified in giving this opinion as back in the 90’s I used to work in a shoe factory. When you open the Solovair box you will be welcomed with the smell of real leather and not the cheap thin low quality leather the other brand uses. Then there’s the quality it’s spot on, the only criticism is the reverse side of the eyelets (they are not smooth) as a result it will ware your laces down due to rubbing. In terms of busting in these boots it’s been a breeze as the leather is such great quality and soft (but think) there’s no pain what so ever.. Well done Solovair keep up the British tradition of making a great quality product.

Gaucho leather needs to be fed with Dubbin wax, oil or grease for nourishment. Apply sparingly to avoid creating a dull appearance.
