Applying a suede protectant before wearing your footwear for the first time will help guard the surface. A suede brush can be used to remove dust and restore the nap after each use. Suede and Nubuck finishes should be kept away from large amounts of water due to its porous quality.

"I was so worried that I would not manage to break in my new shoes before my trip to Paris and I would be hobbling around with blisters - but I am happy to say that after 3 days of averaging 15000 steps a day on pavement there are no blisters and I am not footsore!!! But I do recommend anti-blister tape for the heels, I got some spongy smooth tape which is perfect. They look great too!"

"I wanted these for awhile, but a big apprehensive since returning would be a hassle being that I live in the U. S. I was waiting for my size to come back in stock, they emailed me when it was available. I read all the reviews and the sizing info on their site before ordering and crossed my fingers that they fit. They shipped an delivered to the U. S within a week and they are absolutely well worth the wait & the price. The quality and the look are exactly as expected. They’re slightly roomy as I wanted because I planned to wear them with thick socks. I’m still breaking them in as they are very stiff but nonetheless, they’re comfortable. I couldn’t be more pleased."

"This is a beautiful boot but the sizing is too large for me. I own other Solovair shoes in the same size and they are perfect. Here the issue is the ankle. I’m a pretty big guy and my ankles are swimming in this boot. Even laced together as tight as possible, I could probably slide this boot off. Will be returning but concerned about sizing down making the rest fit poorly. I’m a size 14 US and received a size 13UK(14US). I’ve considered taking to a cobbler and adding a zipper to tighten instead. Not sure if that would solve the issue."
