Built on classic British manufacturing with a raw, subversive edge, the shoe treats tradition as a starting point, not a rule. Wasted Paris introduces a limited footwear collaboration with Solovair, marking its first move into footwear in fourteen years.
Produced in a very limited run and available exclusively through Wasted Paris and Solovair, the pair is made in England at Solovair’s Northamptonshire factory. It is constructed using smooth black hi-shine leather, Goodyear-welted construction and a durable commando sole, staying rooted in classic British footwear codes built for longevity.
That heritage foundation is intentionally disrupted. Stitched all-black Union Jack panels cut across the leather, introducing a raw, DIY sensibility that pulls the shoe away from formality.
The result nods to the customized derbies and combat boots once found in London’s Camden Market, altered and shaped by punk culture.
