"The Zip Guard is very well made and works exactly as I hoped. It integrates neatly with the 8-eye boots, feels sturdy, and makes getting in and out of the boots much faster without ruining the classic lace-up look. Once fitted correctly, the zipper runs smoothly and the adapter feels secure. For me, it is a particularly useful solution because I sometimes need to take my boots off quickly, and this gives me that convenience while still keeping the traditional Derby-boot design. "Well made and easy to fit. Makes doing up and taking off the 8 hole derby boot so much quicker and easier. Metal zip can rattle a bit. Original laces will be way too long once the zip adapter is fitted."
