To qualify for a return or exchange, it is essential our Returns Form (accessible via the below link) is completed within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. Once we have approved your claim, you will receive an email containing the relevant address to send your items back to at your earliest convenience. This does not need to be within the 30 day period. Please make sure you include your name, order number and any further information with your return or exchange to help up process your claim.

Footwear returns are FREE for all our online UK orders, a DHL label will be sent to you once your return has been approved. For all other orders, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Footwear must be returned unworn, in resalable condition and complete with all undamaged packaging.
Please note, due to this difficult climate, there may be delays in processing exchanges and refunds.

Due to third party factors, delivery timescales are based on approximations. If you have ordered multiple items where stock
delays are experienced, your goods may be delivered in instalments. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
